1. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • Product Damage or Defect: If your item is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund.
  • Incorrect Item Received: If you receive a wrong item (e.g., wrong size, color, or style), please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will either exchange it or issue a refund.

2. Non-Refundable Items

  • We do not offer refunds on customized or personalized items, sale or discounted items, or products purchased with a gift card.
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after use are also ineligible for a refund.

3. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, please follow these steps:

  • Provide your order number, contact details, and a brief description of the issue with your product (e.g., damage, defect, or wrong item received).

4. Return Process

  • To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused, in original condition, and with all its original tags and packaging intact.
  • If a return is necessary, we will provide you with a return shipping address. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange request.

5. Refund Processing Time

  • Once your return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Depending on your payment provider, it may take a few additional business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

6. Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item, please follow the same steps as a refund request. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you want to exchange is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead.
